Lead Link Solution PL Book a call

We write to companies when they have a reason to talk to you.

A new decision maker, sales hiring, a funding round, a new market. Every day we check signals like these at the companies you sell to, and we write a personal message to the person who decides. You get booked calls in your calendar.

Example signalsfictional companies, click a signal

This is how we write to our own prospects, and how we write in your campaigns: first something the recipient doesn’t know yet, then one sentence about them, then a question whether to send more. No offer. The companies and people here are fictional.

11 new warehouses without an operator

Hi Marta,

of the 30 manufacturers that opened warehouses in Pomerania this year, 11 still have no regular logistics partner. It shows in their requests for quotes and their logistics hiring.

You took over sales at Brodmark in October. Shall I send you the 11 companies, with a short note on each?

Piotr StelmachLead Link Solution

Why now: a new head of sales wants quick wins in the first months, and a list of 11 companies is a ready start.

From a list of companies to a call in your calendar

Five steps we own from start to finish. You approve the list and the messaging; we handle the rest.

  1. List

Together we define who you sell to. We build a list of companies and decision makers by name, with verified email addresses.

  2. Signals

Every day we check which of those companies has a reason to talk now. Mathilda, our system for collecting signals, helps us do it.

  3. First message

We write to each person individually: one specific observation, no offer, and a question asking whether we may send a short plan.

  4. Conversations

We respond to replies within one working day. Interested prospects are booked straight into your calendar.

  5. Report

Each week you get the number of calls held and what each call cost. We don’t count email opens.

Signals we track

We pick them to fit what you sell. All of them come from public sources.

New decision maker
Reviews suppliers and budgets in the first 90 days.
Hiring for sales or marketing
The company is investing in growth and needs conversations faster than it can build a team.
Funding round
There is a budget and a plan to deliver.
New market or office
The team has no local contacts yet.
New product
The company is looking for the first customers for a new offer.
New ads in the LinkedIn Ad Library
Shows who the company is targeting with ads, and since when.

We test it on ourselves first

This is the same system we use to find our own clients. Our own outbound, mostly to Poland and the Baltics, 1 September to 19 October 2026:

We count only meetings that took place and only replies where someone wanted to talk. We update the numbers every month.

  • 7sales meetings held
  • 18positive replies
  • 5 of 7meetings came from cold email, the rest from LinkedIn messages

Price and how we bill

The pilot runs for three months, because that is how long it takes to see what works and what each call costs. Your risk is one month: after month one you can stop, no reason needed.

Three-month pilotfrom €2,000 a month

Month one: the list of companies and decision makers, signals, sending mailbox setup, first messages. Months two and three: the full campaign, replies within one working day, calls in your calendar, and a final report with the cost of each call.

You can stop after month oneNo reason needed and nothing more to pay. After the pilot, month to month if you decide to continue.

Want to see the quality first?

Order a map of 30 companies in your market. For each one: a dated signal, the decision maker by name, a verified email address and the first sentence of a message. Ready in 5 working days. If you start the pilot within 14 days, we deduct it from the first month.

Included

  • Research and a list of companies with decision makers
  • Daily signal checks
  • Separate sending domains and mailboxes that protect your main domain
  • Every message and all reply handling
  • A weekly report

How we bill

We are responsible for booked calls, not for the number of emails sent. We don’t work on a success fee alone, because that model pushes an agency to write to everyone, and that hurts your brand.

Invoiced monthly in advance with 14-day payment terms; within the EU, VAT is reverse charged. After the pilot, month to month with one month’s notice.

The price covers one market and one group of decision makers. A wider scope is priced separately. Companies in the US: from $2,500 a month. Companies in Poland: prices in PLN on the Polish page.

What we don’t do

These rules apply to every client campaign.

  • We don’t send one template to thousands of people.Every message has a reason the recipient can check in a minute.
  • We don’t fake a conversation that never happened. No fake “Re:” subject lines and no follow-ups to emails nobody received.
  • We don’t run automation on your LinkedIn.We don’t connect tools to your account or put it at risk of being restricted.
  • We don’t send anything unchecked. Before a message goes out, we check every fact in it. You approve the list and the copy.

Who does the work

I’m Piotr Stelmach. I’m from Poland, I live in Sofia, and I have run Lead Link Solution since January 2026.

Before that I spent years in sales and account management for large technology companies. The problem I saw most often: good companies write to the right people at the wrong moment, then decide that cold email doesn’t work.

I’m personally accountable for every campaign. We speed up research with tools, including AI, and we check every message before it goes out. Every client deals with me directly.

Common questions

What does the first message look like?

It’s short: one specific observation about the recipient’s company, one sentence on why it matters, and a question asking whether we may send a short plan. No price list, no attachments and no calendar link.

How do you handle GDPR?

We write only to the work addresses of people whose role relates to the topic. The first message contains no offer; we send one only when someone asks for it. Anyone can end the contact with one sentence: we then delete their data and keep only the address on a do-not-contact list. Details are in our privacy policy.

When do the first messages go out?

The first two weeks go into the list, the signals and setting up the sending mailboxes. The first messages usually go out in week three, and the first replies come within a few days of sending.

Which markets do you cover?

Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, DACH and the Nordics, in English and Polish. We also work with companies from the US.

What is Mathilda?

It’s the name of the system we use every day to collect signals and draft messages. It is the same system we use to find our own clients. In client campaigns, the client approves the list and the copy before anything goes out.
